Government Business Development Associates
Performance Management Consultants currently has openings for full or part-time staff to develop business with federal government organizations. As an ideal candidate, you have retired from or worked for some time in a human resources or training coordination/management function in the federal government or you have sold course delivery services on behalf of a training company.
In this role, you’ll contact HR and training staff to inform them of our offerings. You’ll identify the best resources for particular projects, draft proposals, and follow up with appropriate contacts. Based on your business development activities, you’ll also make recommendations for additions and improvements on our service offerings.
